Most screen repairs are completed within 2-3 working days once we receive your unit. If you bring your vehicle to us, we can often complete the repair the same day depending on the issue.

Do I need to remove the screen myself?

You can either remove the unit yourself and post it to us, or bring your vehicle and we'll remove it for you. We can provide guidance on removal if you prefer to do it yourself.

Will I lose my settings and data?

For screen repairs on your existing unit, all your settings and data are preserved. If we need to provide a replacement unit, we'll program it to your vehicle and transfer as much data as possible.

What warranty do you offer?

All our screen repairs come with a 12 month warranty covering parts and labour. If you experience any issues with the repair, we'll sort it out free of charge.
