What's included in the diagnostic fee?

The £79.99 hourly rate covers full system scanning, fault code reading, live data analysis, and our expert diagnosis. We'll identify the root cause of your issue and provide a clear explanation of what needs to be done.

Do you only work on Vauxhalls?

While our main specialism is Vauxhall (and Opel), we also work on other makes. Contact us with your vehicle details and we'll let you know if we can help.

What if you can't find the fault?

If we genuinely can't identify the issue, you won't be charged for diagnostic time. This is rare given our experience and equipment, but we believe in fair treatment.

Can you repair the fault as well as diagnose it?

Yes, in most cases we can carry out the repair. Once we've diagnosed the issue, we'll provide a quote for the repair work. With your approval, we can usually complete the repair the same day or arrange a follow-up appointment.

How long does diagnosis usually take?

Simple fault code readings can take 15-30 minutes. More complex intermittent electrical faults may require 1-2 hours or more of investigation. We'll keep you informed of progress and costs.
