Do I need this kit or just the activation?

If your Insignia A doesn't have a "Projection" icon in the infotainment menu, you need this full retrofit kit. If you do have the Projection icon but it doesn't work, you only need our £59.99 activation service.

Will this work on my Insignia B or Astra K?

No, this kit is specifically for Insignia A only. Insignia B and Astra K vehicles with the Projection icon just need software activation (£59.99). Contact us if you're unsure which service you need.

Is it wired or wireless?

The standard kit provides wired Android Auto/CarPlay. You connect your phone via USB cable, which also charges your phone while using the system.

How long does installation take?

Installation typically takes 2-3 hours. We recommend dropping the car off in the morning and collecting it in the afternoon.

What warranty do you offer?

All retrofit kit installations come with a 12 month warranty covering both the hardware and installation. If you experience any issues, bring the vehicle back and we'll sort it out.
