Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to activate anything after installation?

No, we handle all the programming and activation. When you collect your vehicle, the camera will be fully functional and automatically activate when you select reverse gear.

Will it look factory fitted?

Yes, we use OEM style cameras that are designed to integrate seamlessly with your vehicle. The image displays on your existing factory screen, not an aftermarket add-on.

How long does installation take?

Most installations are completed in approximately 1 hour. Tourer/estate models may take slightly longer due to the tailgate wiring.

What warranty do you offer?

All our reverse camera installations come with a 12 month warranty covering both parts and labour. If you experience any issues, simply bring the vehicle back and we'll sort it out.

Do you offer a postal service?

For reverse camera installations, we require the vehicle to be present as we need to physically install the camera and run the wiring. However, we do offer postal services for some of our other services like Android Auto activation.
